EVENT CENTER

  • 93,000 Square Foot Indoor Arena 
  • 150' x 300' Arena Floor (Dirt Floor) 
  • Fully Equipped for Rodeos and Horse Related Events 
  • 100' x 300' Concrete Exhibit area and Bleacher Seating Area. Bleachers may be closed and area rented separately from arena floor. Included in this area is a 12' x 15' office; 15' x 42' conference room; 2 ticket booths;1 kitchen with 2 concession counters, gas range, 6' grill with 6 burners and 2 ovens, 2 freezers, 2 refrigerators, soft drink fountains, sinks, dishwasher, and hand sink. 
  • Heated 
  • Restrooms 
  • 60' x 300' Livestock Barn - Attached on the East Side of the Event Center. Features a 15' x 26' Office Space and full Restrooms, as well as livestock wash racks. 
  • ATM available at the front entrance of the building. 
  • Permanent bleacher seating is 2,800, but Seating Capacity Depends on event. 

MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (EXHIBIT HALL #1)

  • Fairgrounds Business Office
  • 104' x 110' - Hall #1
  • Maximum seating is 900 people 
  • Full service kitchen featuring a concession counter, electric grill, 2 table top electric stove tops, 2 electric ranges with ovens, 2 refrigerators, freezer, garbage disposal, wash and hand sinks. 
  • Restrooms 
  • ALSO - housed in the Multi-purpose Building are 2 air conditioned meeting rooms which are 40' x 40' each. 
  • Seating capacity for each room is 85 - 100 people. 

EXHIBIT HALL #2 (BLUE EXHIBIT HALL)

  • 60' x 70' - Multiple Use Space 
  • Maximum Seating is 250 people. 
  • Air Conditioned 
  • Full service kitchen featuring a concession counter, gas range with grill and ovens, 2 electric ranges, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, soft drink fountain, sinks, garbage disposal, and lots of counter space. 
  • Restrooms 

INDOOR ARENA

  • 30,000 Square Foot Indoor Arena 
  • 100' x 240' Arena Floor (Dirt Floor) 
  • 25' x 240' Concrete Exhibit and Bleacher Seating Area. Included in this area is an announcers stand with PA system, and 2 office spaces (one with service window on the ground floor) and the other upstairs could be used for a meeting room. 
  • Full service concession stand with electric grill, electric range and oven, freezer, refrigerator, soft drink fountain, double sinks, hand sink, lots of storage space and a counter service window. 
  • Heated 
  • Bleacher seating Capacity is 900, but depending on event portable bleachers are available.

BUTLER LIVESTOCK BARN

  • 60'x 300' open sided, lights, fans. North End of the barn has an 80' concrete slab. 
  • Wash racks are adjacent to the barn for washing and grooming of animals. 

KENTNER - FLEMING LIVESTOCK BARN

  • 60' x 180' Metal Building. West Side of the building is sided. The rest is open. 
  • Office Space 
  • Restrooms with showers 
  • Wash Racks are adjacent to the barn for washing and grooming animals. 
  • Building may be used for a multitude of events or projects (animal pens, displays, portable stalls or exhibit area). Bleachers can be set up for events. 

OUTDOOR ARENA

  • 150' x 260' Powder River Paneled Arena - lighting available for evening events
  • Fully equipped for Rodeos and Horse Related events (8 bucking chutes, roping chute, pens, return alleys, fully enclosed announcers stand with PA system, warm up area, and stripping chute). 
  • Partially covered spectator seating (Approximately 900 permanent seats). 
  • Covered Handicapped Seating. 
  • Office space with attached snack bar. 
  • Restrooms 

HORSE STALLS

  • 88 permanent horse stalls, fully enclosed with split doors. 
  • 14 open faced stalls. 
  • Additional portable stalls (80) are available under a covered 56' x 250' barn 
  • Monthly renters occupy a portion of the stalls - Please contact the business office for availability. 

OUTDOOR STAGE

  • 18' x 20' (covered) Stage 
  • Located in a park like setting behind Exhibit Hall #2 
  • Special Stage Lighting is not available, however utility power is available. 

RV PARKING

  • RV spaces are available on a year round basis. 
  • Hook-ups on most, but not all, include - Power, Water, Sewer Systems and a Dump Station. 
  • Water is not available during the winter months. 
  • Showers are within walking distance from spaces. 
  • Please contact the business office for availability. 

PARKING

  • Over 2000 spaces available 

 Additional equipment

  • In addition to the above there are, tables, chairs, coffee pots, panels, PA systems, and staging that are also available for rent. 

 


 

 

The Fairgrounds is within easy walking distance of hotels, motels, restaurants, shopping and bus transportation.
